Tembalang, Semarang-(18 August 2022), Entering the new academic year 2022/2023, Water Resources Management Study Program, Department of Aquatic Resources, Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences, Diponegoro University welcomes 120 students from all regions in Indonesia, both from high school or vocational school. Currently, new students are taking part in the introduction of the Campus together with the Lecturers of the MSP Study Program and the students of the ODM (Diponegoro Muda Orientation) activity committee. This ODM event lasted for 6 days and was held in Buildings D and J of the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences. In introduction of the MSP Study Program, it was first opened by the Head of the Department of Aquatic Resources, namely Dr. Ir. Suryanti, M.Pi, who also introduced all lecturers and staff in the MSP Study Program. Then proceed with discussion and question and answer with new students.

Q&A session with new students
In addition to Campus Introductions, new students also receive Character Education materials. The material was delivered by 5 Lecturers of the MSP Study Program, they were Ir. Siti Rudiyanti, M.Si., Oktavianto Eko Jati, S.Pi., M.Si.; Sigit Febrianto, S. Kel., M.Si.; Arif Rahman, S.Pi., M.Si; and Kukuh Prakoso, S.Pi., M.Si. It is hoped that this activity can help new students to easily adapt to the world of lectures, as well as provide enthusiasm to have a character that is faithful, tough, kind, and intelligent.
